Holiday appetizers don't have to be complicated to impress. A Plum Market Chef will demonstrate how to create three elegant, easy-to-prepare canapés, including truffled ricotta tartlets and seared ahi tuna bites. Guests will get hands-on experience assembling, plating and garnishing their own appetizers using ingredients available at Plum Market. Participants will leave with recipe cards, insider entertaining shortcuts and a Plum Market Tea Towel.
