Sunday Donation Yoga

About this event

Hosted in the abundant grass of Veterans Park under the shade of the seagrape tree and overlooking the intercoastal, this all levels vinyasa class is the perfect Sunday morning routine.

You will connect to your breath and your body through a mindfully curated Vinyasa flow. Practicing yoga outside and being in nature offers you the opportunity to connect with the elements and celebrate being alive in a living world.

Class is held by donation. Come as you are, and pay what feels good.

This class is rain or shine, provided no thunder or lightning. When there is light rain, we practice under the shelter of the gazebo.
