Highest Yoga Tantra offers a profound and transformative approach to awakening, working with the mind, body, and subtle energies to cultivate the causes of enlightenment. This practice day offers an opportunity to explore this profound path through meditation, teaching, and the practice of Six-Session Guru Yoga.

We will look more deeply into the meaning and purpose of the generation and completion stages and how these two stages work together on the path. We will also explore the rich symbolism and significance of outer, inner, and secret offerings, and how these practices help us cultivate pure perception, wisdom, and the experience of bliss and emptiness.

Throughout the day, teachings will be interwoven with periods of meditation and practice, allowing us not only to understand these profound methods intellectually, but also to engage with them experientially.

This day is intended for those with the appropriate Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment and commitments who would like to deepen their understanding and experience of this extraordinary path.

Join us in person at the Center or online via Zoom. We will take breaks throughout the day, including time for lunch. Please bring your own lunch or plan to take advantage of local options near the Center.
