End the day by the beach with me:)!
HI beautiful human. I have been meaning to create a group where women can come together at sunset at the end of the week to meet and greet and most off all relax. Come as you are prepare to leave more relaxed than when you arrived. We will settle into the space and introduce ourselves and then do a meditation together by the beautiful ocean followed by optional journaling, and/or reading/or simply watching the waves in silence. Simply bring a towel, a journal or book if you’d like, your beautiful self and an open mind! Sending you love and light and see you at the ocean!
