Sacred Sunday Flow - All Levels

About this event

This class is a time to honor your body, to give gratitude for blessings and to move your body into a place of strength and growth. This practice is equal parts movement, stretching and sermon. Feel the message and embrace it. When we pray, we stand on our feet. Let your practice be sacred and a transition into Sunday Funday. All levels are welcome, including beginners. Cueing is specific and informative. Effort level depends on the student’s body. Appropriate modifications and options will be offered to challenge all levels. Take what you need, give what you’ve got. Bring Your Own: Mat Water Bottle Towel (if necessary) Props No props necessary for this class; however, if you have blocks, straps, and any yoga prop you love to use you may bring them.
