Embodied Gratitude: Ecstatic Dance Church

About this event

🍂 EMBODIED GRATITUDE: ECSTATIC DANCE CHURCH 🍂

A Thanksgiving Weekend Celebration of Movement, Breath & Sound

MOVE • BREATHE • GIVE THANKS • RECEIVE

Celebrate Thanksgiving Weekend by returning to our classic, high-vibrational morning rhythm. Join us for a special edition of Ecstatic Dance Church to ground your energy, shake off holiday stress, and intentionally channel the medicine of gratitude.

We will gather at JaiStar Studios to sweat out what no longer serves us, open our hearts to the abundance of life, and integrate the experience with a deeply restorative sonic sound bath.

✨ THE HOLIDAY RITUAL ✨

• Somatic Warm-Up: Gently land in your body, wake up your joints, and establish a deeply rooted, intentional presence.

• Embodied Ecstatic Dance: Elevate your frequency in a liberating, free-form movement wave. No choreography—just pure, uninhibited self-expression fueled by an incredible musical journey.

• Sound Healing Closing: Transition from dynamic movement into deep rest as a therapeutic sound bath washes over you, leaving you entirely integrated and balanced.

🌟 THE EXPERIENCE 🌟

• 🙌 Dance Church Revival: Reconnect with our beloved Sunday morning community and friends.

• 🌾 Heartfelt Gratitude: Use movement as an active prayer to celebrate and honor your life's journey.

• 🥁 Free-Form Expression: Release holiday tension and give your physical body permission to move without judgment.

• 🥣 Vibrational Integration: Sink into an immersive soundscape designed to calm the nervous system.
