Flowing Hands in the Park meets at Constitution Park every Sunday, 3:30 to 6:30 PM. It is free and volunteer led. On Sunday, September 6, there is a larger community seminar, a permitted event with the City of Deerfield Beach.
The work is gentle Tai Chi style movement drawn from Okinawan and Ryukyu heritage, focused on balance, posture, circulation and focus. It is built for adults who want to stay capable in their own bodies and in their own lives. Come for all of it or any part of it. Watching is enough.
