A purposeful Hatha to Raja practice with sound healing, designed to move from the physical into the subtle. Beginning in stillness, the practice builds through intentional postures, conscious breath, and longer, steady holds that develop strength, mobility, balance, and focus. As the body settles, the practice gradually turns inward through pranayama, concentration, and meditation, creating space for deeper awareness beyond the physical form. Sound healing is woven throughout the flow or offered as a closing experience, inviting deeper relaxation and a gentle transition from movement into stillness. Rooted in the traditional path of yoga, this practice uses the body as the doorway and the mind as the destination. Each posture becomes an opportunity to refine attention, find steadiness, and cultivate greater command of where your energy goes. You’ll leave grounded, clear, and deeply centered. Strong in the body, steady in the mind, and anchored in presence.
