About this event

Our beginner parkour classes are designed for students of all ages with little to no prior experience. In a safe and supportive environment, participants will learn the foundational movements of parkour, including jumping, landing, vaulting, rolling, and basic climbing techniques. Each class focuses on building strength, coordination and confidence through fun, progressive challenges that emphasize proper technique and body awareness.
