Spin Pole Tricks - All Levels

About this event

This class is designed for beginner level entry and Intermediate level entry. Inverts are not a pre requisite as these skills will be developed and built upon in this beginner-intermediate friendly class. Foundational climbs (Fireman Spin, Hollywood Spin, Juliette Spin, Stag Spin , knee spin, D-Spin, Airwalk) will be used to combine foundational tricks (jasmine, genie, hooded ornament, side knee hook) to create the perfect Flow sequence on a spinning pole. Climbs and combinations can be modified to static pole and amplified to spin pole provisionally as needed. Prepare to create beautiful shapes and patterns in studio. Wear athletic shorts and athletic bra for this class, NO CAPRIS or JEWELRY Please.
