Begin each month with intention, balance and renewed sense of connection. Join us the first Saturday of every month for a deeply immersive Yin Yoga experience designed to clear, and rebalance the Chakras Through longer-held Yin postures in each of the 7 Chakras, aromatherapy, pranayama, meditation, guided visualization, and the healing vibrations of sound bowls, you'll be invited to move inward, release stagnant energy, and create space for what you want to cultivate in the month ahead. Each month offers an opportunity to pause at the threshold, reconnect with yourself and bring greater awareness and balance to the body, mind, and spirit. A monthly ritual for clearing what no longer serves you, restoring your energy. and beginning again with intention.
