About this event
This All-Levels Lyra (Aerial Hoop) class welcomes beginners through advanced aerialists to build strength, flexibility, and flow on the hoop. Students will learn foundational mounts, transitions, shapes, and spins, while more experienced flyers work on sequencing dynamic skills, and personalized progressions. A supportive environment ensures everyone can train safely, challenge themselves, and explore creative movement in the air. PLEASE WEAR SPORT CAPRIS. NO SHORTS. NO JEWELRY!
