About this event

70-Minute Immersive Journey of Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Sound Bath, Breathwork & Mindful Tea

An Exclusive Small-Group Experience | Limited to 7 Guests

Discover a new approach to intentional recovery, sensory wellness, and mind-body connection in the intimate setting of Tea Tell Truth.

Sip & Surrender is a curated, screen-free wellness ritual combining ancient restorative practices with contemporary approaches to neurowellness, fascia mobility, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Experience the art of mindful tea alongside supported Yin Yoga, gentle myofascial release, intentional breathwork, guided visualization, and immersive sound healing.

Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, Chinese meditation balls, delicate feather sweeping, and gentle restorative touch create a multidimensional sensory journey designed to encourage physical ease, embodied awareness, and meaningful connection.

Explore how intentional movement, sustained stretches, breath, sound, and sensory engagement can support stress recovery, flexibility, mobility, and a greater awareness of the mind-body relationship.

Each weekly gathering introduces a distinctive tea infusion, guided intention, and carefully layered sensory experience, blending the philosophy of traditional tea ritual with modern restorative wellness.

Rooted in mindful living, Sip & Surrender offers an intimate alternative to performance-driven wellness: a place to experience the body rather than measure it.

A ritual for longevity-minded living, intentional recovery, sensory discovery, and the art of being present.

Find your calm. Explore your senses. Return to yourself.

Sip slowly. Feel deeply. Imagine expansively. Surrender fully.

Limited seating available. Reserve your spot today!

Shanna Putt Bio

Shanna is an artist, guide, healer, and teacher, and the founding creator of Sacred Instinct, a collection of meditation experiences in West Palm Beach. With over 20 years in her practice and consciously doing the work, she draws inspiration from her teacher, her father, and the profoundly strong humans she calls friends. Her love of movement, animals, nature, healing touch, and tea shapes her work.

She curates custom meditation experiences for businesses and works with individuals one-to-one. She believes in collaboration, living from the heart, and cherishing meaningful friendships.

As an ambassador for Synergy Rising NGO, she loves sharing the story of the dojo they are building for young people in Peru’s Sacred Valley.

This season, she is launching a beautiful bamboo T-shirt line honoring the strength she has witnessed over the years in women in the West Palm Beach community. Alongside her meditation experiences, she is happy to share this collection with you.
