About this event
Yin & Sound combines a slow, restorative yin yoga practice with live sound healing throughout the entire class. Move through gentle, longer-held poses while being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other sound healing instruments. This class is designed to help release tension, calm the mind, and support deep relaxation while you move, breathe, and listen.
