About this event
Sonic Soul Reset is an immersive sounds healing experience. The class will begin with light movement and breathwork before settling in for a reiki-infused sound bath. Jenny will share an array of instruments for a beautiful range of vibrations: crystal bowls, shamanic drum, chimes and more.
