Mondays & Wednesdays | 7:30–8:15 PM End your Monday with deep rest and restoration. Immerse yourself in a calming Sound Bath featuring the soothing vibrations of our 7 crystal singing bowls. Think of it as a massage for your nervous system, without anyone ever touching you. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you simply lie back, relax, and allow the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls to wash over you. As the sounds and vibrations fill the space, your body naturally begins to shift from "fight or flight" into the restorative "rest and digest" state, helping quiet the mind and release accumulated stress. Benefits of a Sound Bath: Deep relaxation and stress relief Calms the nervous system Reduces anxiety and mental chatter Promotes better sleep Encourages emotional balance Supports meditation and mindfulness Creates a sense of inner peace and well-being No experience is necessary, just come as you are. For the most comfortable experience, we recommend bringing your own blankets, cushions, bolsters, or eye pillow to create a cozy nest while lying on your back. Yoga mats and blocks are available to borrow at the studio. This is the experience your nervous system has been waiting for. This can also pair nicely with the 6:00 PM Stretch, Flow & Balance class, making it a complete movement-and-rest evening for students who want to unwind after the start of the week.
