FLYING POLE – OPEN LEVEL Take your pole skills into the air! Flying Pole combines aerial acrobatics, spinning movements, and beautiful shapes on a suspended pole. In this class, you’ll learn different tricks, spins, transitions, and flowing combinations while developing strength, coordination, and body control. Whether you’re trying Flying Pole for the first time or already have experience, our instructor will guide you through movements suited to your level. Level: Open Level – All levels welcome! No previous Flying Pole experience required.
