POLE SPIN B – Intermediate Level Explore beautiful shapes, elegant transitions, and creative combinations on a spinning pole! This class focuses on connecting tricks into smooth, flowing sequences while developing strength, control, and technique. You’ll work on different entries and exits, inverted shapes, and graceful rotations, learning how to control your spin and create beautiful, fluid movements in the air. Level: Intermediate Requirements: Students must be comfortable with basic inverts and able to climb the pole independently.
