About this event
Our Evolution classes are the perfect bridge between Fundamentals and Classic Lagree! They encompass many of the basic Lagree movements found in our Fundamentals classes but our Evolution classes will move around the megaformer a bit more and add in some more variations/exercises found in our Classic Lagree classes. Think of this class as a stepping-stone from Fundamentals to Classic Lagree!
