Explore the acrobatic side of pole! This class focuses on floor-based acrobatic transitions using the pole for support and assistance. You’ll work on headstands, forearm stands, handstands, and different ways to enter, exit, and connect these skills with the pole. Build strength, balance, body awareness, and confidence while learning controlled acrobatic movements step by step. Variations and progressions will be offered for different levels. Open level – no advanced acrobatic experience required.
