About this event
Open Gym is a monitored free time to explore and train. For ages 5 and up (Parents present unless discussed with coach). Parkour training takes precedent and is encouraged. NO tag, NO hide and seek. Great time to use the facility to practice and train your Parkour skills as well as training with others.
